CANCELLATION POLICY
I require a credit card on file and a 48 hour notice of cancellation. Appointments must be made or changed directly on this website only. (No phone calls, texting, or social media messaging accepted as I may not see it in time.) I will attempt to fill your time slot. If the time can be filled, you will not be charged. If the time cannot be filled, you will be charged 30% of the service price. No show appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost. If you no-show twice, you will be banned. No exceptions.
